In this follow up interview, we discover how Finastra have successfully managed the very quick transition of their workforce working remotely and are looking now to the future as they look to open up their offices once again. Over the last 12 months they have seen different stages in dealing with covid in different countries and now is a time to take the learning and apply to the future of work with their 'open working' framework amongst just one of their initiatives.
