The Under Armour Project Rock 4 was a model that a lot of lifters and athletes were looking forward to. After the UA Project Rock 3 had less than stellar reviews, everyone seemed to be excited about how Project Rock 4 could improve.

Across the board, I've really enjoyed training in the UA Project Rock 4. It has some elements from the Project Rock 3, but with a better sizing and fit and reworked more durable upper construction.

If you're a Project Rock fan, then I think you'll like this model. Personally, I'm a fan of the Project Rock 2 and it's my favorite model in this shoe line, but the 4 is really good and it's starting to win my top pick.

It's important to note, that trainer is not going to be your best for things like maxing out your barbell lifts, but for recreational training and more athletic-focused work, the UA Project Rock 4 should fit the bill fairly well.

I do wish UA didn't increase the price, but at least, the shoe has improved so it could be justified for The Rock fans out there!
