The steel casting industry has a long history of technology development and innovation in production methods, materials development, and problem solving. One of the major issues the industry faces is a strong need for talented new employees at all levels of the steel casting industry.
Cast in Steel was developed to introduce college engineering talent to an industry that they had perhaps not considered - and to let them gain real-world experience in every aspect of taking a product idea through to a finished product.
