This is just 1 step in lay out for a stepped foundation. I attach the pressure treated mudsill to a line snapped 5 5/8" in from the outside. The @MAXUSACORPTools HN120 high pressure gun allows me to quickly nail down the sill. I'll add @strongtie Titens later after layout. We save a lot of time adding them later.
