The Cavaliers lost to the visiting Terrapins, 27-13. After leading at halftime, UVA was outgained 250-82 and outscored 20-0 in the second half. Quarterback Anthony Colandrea was 21-27 for 247 yards and a rushing touchdown. Wide receiver Trell Harris caught four passes for 72 yards. Maryland quarterback Billy Edwards Jr. finished the game 28-43 for 263 yards and two touchdowns. Wide receiver Tai Felton caught nine passes for 117 yards and a touchdown.
