In this video I compare a Thumb Release vs Wrist Release for bow hunting and archery hunting. I show the Stan Shootoff and the Trufire Hardcore Buckle.
It is a personal preference on what works best for you when choosing a hunting release for bow hunting. I’m still practicing on my technique with the thumb release. As you can see in the video, I am still punching it instead of easing tension back on the barrel.
