How I became a Cruise Director ?

Welcome to my very first video in English on this Channel!

While we are all at home, waiting for better days to come, and waiting for the day cruise ships are back at sea taking you to some amazing places all over the world, I thought that this channel could be a great way to stay in touch with all of you that have cruised with me, or within Royal Caribbean ships before…
Or maybe just to be here as source of information about the Cruise Industry, bringing cruise ship news, cruise tips, or just some information for those interested on working on cruise ship.

Here, I will be sharing with you my career path, how I started my career with Royal Caribbean and all steps I took to go from being a “beginner level” waitress, to become a Cruise Director.

Being super honest, I totally understand my career path within Royal Caribbean was very unique and is not something that happens often.
Honestly, this is what makes me so proud of it.
On this video you can get a scope off all steps we must go through during the process of developing our career onboard.
