[ Ссылка ] - Colton Rentsch, Technical Support Team, demonstrates how to program an ultrasonic sensor using the hardwire teach method.
A UB series ultrasonic sensor can operate in object presence mode, switch point mode, or window mode. In object presence mode, the sensor will detect any target from the deadband to the maximum extent of its sensing range. In switch point mode, it will detect any target from the deadband of the sensor to the taught switch point. Any target past the taught switch point will not be detected even if it is within range. In window mode, the sensor will only detect targets between the two taught set points. This means that any target placed between the deadband and the front set point will not be detected. Similarly, any target past the back-taught set point will also not be detected, regardless of whether it is in range. Window mode acts as both foreground and background suppression all at once. Switch point mode and window mode are programmable as normally open or normally closed, depending on your application needs.
