Those who knew Detective Sean Suiter well called him dependable, responsible and loyal, and one man saw that side of him every Tuesday and Friday. Since he became a police officer in 1999, Suiter went to one Baltimore barber, twice a week. Suiter only missed his appointments for work and family, up until Friday, when he was scheduled to see his barber, Damon Pullen, at the Damon Renard Hair Studio on Reisterstown Road in Pikesville.
