Lahore High Court (LHC) has nullified the appointment of Chairman Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) Absar Alam. It has been declared that this appointment was against merit and ordered to appoint new chairman. Citizen Munir Ahmad filed petition against Absar Alam in LHC through Advocate Azhar Siddique.
