This is the fifteenth Gate of the Quarter of Civilization and we are staying in the Throat center but we are moving back to logical collective energy. This is influence that comes from proving that you can be the voice of the people, this is natural leadership that is recognized by others who put you in a leadership position. The throat center is the center for manifestation and the Gate 31 is considered the voice of manifesting influence where the needs of the collective are channel through your voice. There is potential for power and influence within this energy as long as you are aligned with your followers and you remember you are only as strong as the people who believe in your leadership.
