ULTRASOUND MACHINE | SONOGRAPHER | KNOBOLOGY

Take a quick glimpse into the world of sonography/ ultrasound, where I show you the buttons and knobs that I use in my job on the daily. Many people think ultrasound technologists have it easy, however, we are the ones who have to manipulate the probe and machine to get a good quality image for the radiologist or doctor. Sonographers know how to handle these machines, all different types, from GE, to Canon, Philips, Acuson, Mindray, and more. We also have to know what button does what, which probe to use in different situations, and which settings to use for different exams. I hope this excites you to look further into ultrasound. I hope you realize we do so much more than just push buttons. And I hope you learn something new today! Don't hesitate to ask any other questions if you need further explanation. There are MANY ultrasound knobology YouTube videos out there that will go further into detail. I just wanted to show you some buttons that I personally use everyday.
