Here's a super soft brioche bread recipe.

filling:
140 ml evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (300ml) condensed milk
2 egg yolks

Dough:
3 1/4 cup bread flour
3/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp. powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp bread improver
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. softened butter
