Floating Glute Bridges
This is my favorite glute bridge variation for athletes! The position of the foot, knee, and hip mimic that on ground contact from a sagittal plane perspective. This glute bridge variation will help build hamstring strength. Use the progressions that are shown in this glute bridge tutorial to select your level of current capability.
