Here under My Aadhaar section, under Aadhaar Services, select Check Aadhaar/Bank Linking Status
In this new page just give your Aadhaar Number and security Code provided there. If your Aadhaar Card is linked to Mobile Number, then you will get an OTP Code. If your Aadhaar Card and Mobile Number is not linked, then you will get a message saying Aadhaar does not a mobile number.
This would confirm whether your Aadhaar and Mobile Phone Number is linked or not. If not linked, then just go to nearest Permanent Aadhaar center and update Mobile Number to Aadhaar.
