This video has been a long time coming, but I finally made a tutorial on how to do it. It sounds complicated but it's actually VERY easy! Only three buttons need to be pressed. First, press A (FUNC) then D (CLR), then press the frequency in. Then press A (FUNC) again, then hold C (MR). You should hear two beeps. That means that the frequency has been locked in. You can then press MR to make sure that the frequency is now locked in. Here are the channels I currently have locked in
161.190: NS Norfolk District road
161.250: NS Norfolk District dispatcher
160.590: CSX A-Line and Portsmouth Sub road
161.520: CSX A-Line and Portsmouth Sub dispatcher
161.550: CSX RF&P Sub road
160.410: CSX RF&P Sub dispatcher
160.230: CSX Peninsula Sub road
160.320: CSX Peninsula Sub dispatcher
160.455: Buckingham Branch Railroad
160.950: NS Washington District road
160.830: NS Washington District dispatcher
160.755: Chesapeake & Albemarle Railroad
160.425: Commonwealth Railway
160.695, 160.980, 161.445: Bay Coast Railroad
So apparently "MR" mode can handle up to 16 frequencies, although I wish it could handle up to 32. I know how to program though, so if needed, I can always switch a frequency to another one if needed. Shot in 4K with a Panasonic HC-VX870.
