Alan White was a huge inspiration to me in my formative years as I was learning to play drums in high school. Changes has always stuck out to me, showcasing Alan’s work as a solid all around artist. After learning of his passing today, I was moved to try to play it in his memory. I’m sure it could be better, but there’s only one Alan White. You’ll hear some of his fills I didn’t quite get. I had the privilege of seeing him play a few tunes with Yes on their 50th anniversary tour in 2018. Cheers Mate! You will be missed.
