On September 13th, 2011, James Ray Palmer went into the Crawford County courthouse to find Judge Gary Cottrell. He was armed with a rifle and two handguns. James was upset over his divorce and that the judge ruled against him. He was prepared to die.
This video is being uploaded on September 13th, 2021, on the 10th anniversary of the shooting to archive what happened that day.
