Full Meditation transcript:
Sit comfortably in a safe place where you won't be disturbed during the entirety of this meditation. You may sit on the floor on a yoga block or in a chair on the edge of your bed, wherever it's comfortable. Wherever you want in order to be available for this meditative experience, this experience of self-transcendence, of going beyond, of this spiritual, mindful journey. It will be in two parts.
The first part will be a guided meditation for self-transcendence, using vibration or group of vibrations as a meditation object. And the second part will be a contemplation, a thought, an idea to ponder on once were nice and relaxed and still and in peace.
And so we begin relaxing, gently, shoulders down, releasing tensions and your muscles your neck, your jaw and your tongue the top of your head.
Taking a few nice deep breaths if that helps in through the nose and releasing the air effortlessly like a balloon Whenever you're ready, close your eyes. Put your hands to the heart. As we will start this session by dedicating it to someone or to a group of people. It can be anybody that you choose Deep breath in through the nose.
And on the exhalation, We project our love, gratitude, appreciation, our energy toward that person or group of people. Take your time to feel that connection, that bond. Remember that you are never alone. In a few instances I will start introducing you to the vibration, the sound to be a single point of awareness of focus for this meditation. So when you start hearing it, put it on the foreground of your mind and keep it there throughout the meditation.
When thoughts come in your mind, don't judge the thoughts. Don't try to eliminate the thoughts. Don't engage in those thoughts. Simply go back to the vibration gently, effortlessly putting it back on the center stage of your inner personal space. When the sound fades out and disappears. Let it resonate in your own mind for a few extra moments before going on to the second part of the meditation.
You may now release the focus. Let go of the vibration the meditation is over. Nice and relaxed.
Start getting reacquainted with the sensations in your body.
Big deep breath. Open your eyes. Notice where you are physically getting quite into the environment around you.
Before I leave you, I will read a little passage from Chuang Tsu who says, I quote, "The little child learns to speak though it has no learned teachers because it lives with those who know how to speak. " End of quote, This translates to this whole concept of language being a barrier to understanding yourself because it is limited and because it is the human construct that comes from an idea, not from the truth, not from reality.
This is why when we see a small child it is easier for us to see an enlightened being. It is not blocked. It is not limited to his or her own words.
I will read the passage again. The little child learns to speak, though it has no learned teachers because it lives with those who know how to speak. Let me know how this resonates with you. Ponder about it now and later throughout the day.
