I hope you're all doing well :) If you're new around here, my name is Alisha and today I am going to show you how to make a no bake biscoff millionaires shortbread! Technically it's not shortbread so you could say this is a biscoff slice recipe.
If you're a Biscoff lover, you're going to absolutely love this! Word of warning - it is very sweet, but it's absolutely delicious :)
Ingredients
Base:
250g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
100g butter
Caramel:
397g condensed milk
150g muscovado sugar (dark or light)
150g butter
Topping:
1 jar of Lotus Biscoff spread
More Lotus Biscoff biscuits to top
