The last finalists to present their fresh patisserie are the finalists from GROUP 1:

Eero Paulamäki (Finland)

We need to mention that Eero missed his original deadline, but made the wise decision to not present an unfinished patisserie when it was his time. He took the time to finish it and present impeccable freshness from the Nordics. The rules imply he needs to queue up to the end to not jeopardize the deadlines of the other finalists.

We also get a glimpse of the nearly finished chocolate #BONBONS of tomorrow who whill need to be finished by 7PM CET.
