I am notorious for forgetting I have things on the stove and running the water dry 🙃🤓😬 But recently I ordered this mini slow cooker & it has been a game changer for my simmer pots. Now I just add in my ingredients, fill it to the top with water, turn it on low & it last all day without cooking off all the water! It doesn’t take up much cabinet storage when not in use & I don’t know if I can ever go back to a traditional stock pot… it’s THAT good!
