One roofer gave me an estimate of £400 for doing the same thing and the other one suggested to get a new roof for £2500, I thought I can do it myself. Although I am not a professional in this field but doing a quick fix took me few hours and I guess I extended the life of my kitchen roof by few more year.

Anyone can do it. Just apply this paint on the cracks, it has some fibres and can be done on wet surface as well. For better results and ensuring minimum thickness of the coating you can also use Everbuild Scrim Tape that you can purchase from Amazon as well: [ Ссылка ]
