Welcome back to my channel friends, today I'm preparing chakma traditional cuisine/dishes/food, called PAJON TOUN. which is mainly prepare during BIZU festival in month of April.

To make this special dishes at least 7 different vegetables are required .
But I am cooking 23+ different types of vegetables including dry and fresh veggies.

*You and add more different types of veggies if u have.
ingredients are:-
1.oil 10ml
2.salt 1tsp( add as per ur taste)
3.turmeric powder 1tsp
4.garlic 1tsp
5.chilli 2tsp
6.onion 1big
7.chopped coriander leaves
**Main ingredients are:- dry & fresh
1.dry fish/suguni 35g
2.dry fish/angor mash 40g
3.dry shrimp 25g
4.michinga leaves/joreng sak/borona sak
5. dry Roselle flower
6.dry radish
7.dry bamboo shoots
8.dry mushroom/gash ull
9. dry tara
10.dry bittermelon
11.mambara sinderey bhagol
soak the dry veggies in a bowl for 15mins or more to get soft and double in size

Fresh
1.green peas
2.cucumber
3.carrot
4.capsicum
5.radish seed
6.eggplants
7.bean
8.banana
9.turnip
10.tomato
11.jackfruit
12.potato
13.sweet potato


now wash the veggies And chopped slowly continue the process 👆
