Kaiseki Cuisine is a traditional Japanese multiple course meal.
You can enjoy beautiful dishes with various seasonal ingredients.
For example, matsutake mushoom, chestnut, autumn salmon and bonito were served in this course.(Those are known as autumn ingredients)
It was excellent lunch!
