How do introverts live in a world full of extroverts? An introvert is a person who prefers to focus on their inner thoughts and ideas. They do not avoid social events because they have strong negative reactions to large crowds, as shy people do; they simply prefer being alone or in smaller groups. Around one-third to one-half of all people are considered introverts.
Introverts can fall into one of four subtypes: Social Introverts, Thinking Introverts, Anxious Introverts, and Restrained/Inhibited Introverts. #introvert #mentalhealth #mentalwellnessdaily
