The Blocknet Qt Desktop shortcut can run commands upon start without you ever touching the command line. It is a much easier way unless you want to or are used to using the command line.
The resync command only removes all your old(corrupt) blocks and chainstate data - then downloads and synchronizes all your transactional data fixing a sync issue that wasn't resolvable from a simple reindex.

Using this process will result in two outcomes.
1. The Resync command is a long process - it removes and downloads the entire blockchain. The may take hours depending upon your connection.

Here is what you need to know
Syncing issues are almost ALWAYS related to database and network issues. What I mean is that the data was interrupted and became disordered or corrupted.
This is not an issue that is caused by any process related to the Blocknet Qt Wallet or its related applications. The Blocknet Qt Wallet is merely showing a symptom of the network and data problem. Your Wallet (Private and Public Keys, coins and data are secure) As always make sure you keep a secure backup of your existing wallet.dat files.
What are the causes?
1. Sleep or Hibernation mode

3. Loss of data from the internet the service provider or your own Wi-Fi connection.
4. Non-data-related issues are the firewall, router, and antivirus
