Try this drill next time you’re at the range. 🚩
1️⃣ Drop your back foot about 1 foot length behind your starting position.
2️⃣ Do some rehearsal swings without falling back.
3️⃣ Hit punch shots focusing on keeping your pressure on your front foot and keeping your arms long through impact.
🚩 When you are ready, recreate the feel in a full swing.
