This video presents the details of my current daily prayer/meditation practices as a Heathen (or Norse Pagan, or Asatruar). My somewhat eclectic routine has evolved over time, but its positive effects on my life have been consistent. My hope in sharing all this is to inspire others to try praying to the Gods that our ancestors prayed to for thousands of years. You might find a very real and familiar connection that you never experienced with faiths originating in the Middle East.
