All 9 Superstar Road stages in New Super Luigi U. These stages are only unlocked by getting all of the star coins in the previous 8 worlds in the game. This video shows the location of all the star coins in these world 9 stages (9-1 through 9-9). As far as I know, in order to get the 5 star ranking in the game you need to do the following;

-Beat Bowser to beat the game.
-Complete all levels in the first 8 worlds
-Find all star coins (including world 9).
-Unlocking the final stage in world 9 by beating the previous 8 stages with all star coins.
-Find every exit in the game (including all secret exits).
-Catch Nabbit in each of the first 7 worlds (he will appear from time to time when you enter and exit or beat stages).
