A film shoot in Pakistan’s Punjab province has stirred a massive controversy, creating outrage among the Sikh community. Reportedly, a video circulated of a film crew shooting a sequence inside a Gurudwara. The circulated video shows the crew members wearing slippers inside the Gurudwara. Following the video went viral, the Sikh community has expressed fury over the incident. Sharing the video, BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa has called the incident a “blasphemous action”. The Sikh community has often accused Pakistan of not taking action against incidents of ‘sacrilege bid’.
