The Fett's have an interesting history, and the Slave 1 even more so. Here's a video explaining everything in legends and canon regarding Boba Fett and Jango Fett's Slave 1 ship.
In The Mandalorian Season 2 we see Boba return with the iconic Slave 1, which makes me wonder if he left it buried in the sands of Tatooine, or if he had it orbiting the planet like in legends.
This video will cover everything you need to know about the ship, from weapons to previous owners, to the different missions it led Boba Fett and Jango Fett to in Star Wars.

I think Boba Fett might die, and he will give the Razor Crest to Din and Grogu (once returned from Moff Gideon).
