(12 Apr 2017) Speaking at a joint press conference in Moscow, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson called for an end to the Assad regime following the deadly chemical weapons attack in Syria last week.
Tillerson said the 'reign of the Assad family is coming to an end' and that they have brought this upon themselves.
Tillerson added that the departure of Assad should be done in an orderly way.
Tillerson also discussed the allegations of Moscow's meddling in the U.S. presidential election, saying that further sanctions against Russia could be proven necessary.
