This is an honest and unsolicited review of the IWATANI Smokeless Korean Barbeque Grill "YAKIMARU" CB-SLG-1
Overall: I love this grill. The butane cartridges last a good 4-5 cooking sessions ( for me ) and for the amount that i use it, which is fairly often, it does the job admirably.
Perfect for 1,2, or even 4 people - though with more than two people, everything will take longer, because space is limited… but Korean BBQ is a social experience. Take your time - grill, imbibe, laugh, and savour the flavour.
Note: for the butane gas cans - if you search online for “camping stove butane” you will find the same gas by brands like Coleman and Woods. Look for the cutout on the rim that sticks out of the can. My local Asian grocery also carries them and I have seen them in a variety store as well.
The construction here is top notch and I see this grill lasting for many years. Would highly recommend - while not essential for most, it is for me. A nice to have for sure.
