The Tessan Dimmer is an upgraded look to our favorite dimmer the Martin Jerry dimmer switch. We take you through the easy OTA flashing process and setup with Tasmota. This removes all the reliance on the cloud and allows for low latency local control via MQTT and Home Assistant, NodeRed, etc. Also be sure to check out the additional bonus upgraded dimmer we refer to as the "OG Dimmer" in other videos.

Choose Tuya Dimmer (54) Module in Tasmota. Save it. Then modify the Tuya RX to GPIO13 and Tuya TX to GPIO15. If the dimmer on/off and or dimming value doesn't work, type "setoption34 3" on the Tasmota Console without the quotes. SetOption54 1 can also be applied to push the faceplate changes to Tasmota itself.
