Ingredients
1 Cup Luke Warm Evaporated Milk Or Fresh Milk
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast ( Mix Well & Let it set for 5 minutes )
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour Or Cake Flour
1/3 Cup white sugar ( Add more if needed )
A Pinch Of Salt
3 tbsp melted butter or margarine or oil
A Small Purple Sweet Potato ( Cooked & Mashed )
Mix Very Well Cover it and let it set for a half to 1 hr. Im Using a Rice Cooker Steamer
Steam For 15 Minutes ( Depends on how big is your cupcakes molder )
Let it cool before eating. Enjoy!!!
