Every color is originated from white light does that mean we should paint the entire world white? Plants make food from sunlight, we make food from plants does that mean we should directly consume sunlight?
Those who are framing such question should accept and digest the fact of diversity.
Those who worship other Gods worship Krishna indirectly but not only Krishna they indirectly worship Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma too and it nowhere mean we should worship only Shiva or only Brahma or only Vishnu.
Shree Krishna also said,
“he's universe, he's Brahama, he's Vishnu, and he's the only one who's Shankar”.
But he no where said that rest all other Gods are inferior (demigods) to him and he is the only one, the most superior God in all. Those who consider Krishna as the only most superior being are actually suffering from superiority complex.
Let me simplify it further,
If I am saying, 'I am you' that also means ‘You are Me'. And it nowhere make me or you superior instead it makes us equal and one.
There are only three Gods of the world, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva and they're incomplete without Saraswati, Lakshmi and Parvati. They are all one Parbrahma upon whom world look as three pairs. Rest all Surya, Chandra, Agni, Vayu, Varun, Indra, Shani, Mangal etc etc are Devtas not Bhagwaan (God).
Krishna was incarnation of Vishnu that's why he's considered as God. Hanuman was ansh of Shiva that's why he's also a God. Hinduism is a diversified religion these all Gods has been worshipped parallelly from ages but few cults affected out of western ideology are trying to drag this diversified culture toward one single God ideology.
