Brachial Plexus Nerve Glides or Nerve Flossing Exercises gently pull the nerves from out the tight muscles and get them moving freely. It is very important during these exercises you do not make your symptoms worse. Each exercise you hold for 10 seconds and then move on to the next position. If you experience any increase in symptoms, for ex: increased tingling, you need to stop the exercises and try again later in the day. Thanks for Watching!
