Onion - 1 medium
Galangal - 2cm

Red Chilli -2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chicken/ Vegetable stock - 3 cups
Lime zest - 1 lime
Lime juice - 1/2 lime
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Fresh coriander - garnish
