After replacing rod bearings or working not the high pressure VANOS pump you have to bleed the VANOS system. In the video I will walk you through using ISTA to bleed the solenoids. Unfortunately mine were bad and generating errors in the ECU. The replacement of the solenoids is a little tricky on the right bank but can be done in a few hours.
