📝Regex:
T16 - none, it can run any mods more or less fine. For no regen just grab mana flask.
T17 - "!wni|pet|hro|wb|get|'v|efe" - its mostly mods that any build not like, no less defenses as it reduce energy shield.

📝About build:
Unlike 1 Div version that is self cast, this is miner version, while you can do low budget with mines just fine.
Butter smooth mapping, can throw mines off screen, fairly tanky with almost permanent shield recharge. Good scaling with high budget, mostly its just int stacking.
Just easy and chill build to play, takes a bit of time to get used to gameplay, because mines don't detonate if they closer than 3m to you, so you need to throw them away from you.
