So here’s the ingredients for you to try out.
Ingredients :
600 gms Beef (cleaned & washed well - cut into medium size)
6 to 7 Cashew nuts (soaked in lukewarm water & ground to paste)
3 to 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 nos large sized (325 gms) Onions (sliced)
2 nos Green Chillies (can use more or less as per your spice preference)
1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee) - use as per your diet restrictions
1 no. Bay Leaf (tej patta)
1 no. Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
3 to 4 nos. Cloves (lavang)
3 nos. Green Cardamoms (hari elaichi)
1 tbsp heaped Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp heaped Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
Water if necessary
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
70 ml Water
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
A pinch of Sugar (to balance out the flavors)
3 to 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
