Voting is underway for the seventh phase of the assembly election in West Bengal began at 7 am today, 37% voter turnout was recorded across 34 seats. The Bengal elections is being held under the shadow of the second Covid-19 wave that has hit the state hard. Over 86 lakh voters will decide the fate of 284 candidates contesting from 34 assembly seats.
