Get ready to play MAS! Get your feathers, makeup, and gems ready because it’s time to join a costume band!

In Dominica, there are two days of Carnival - Carnival Monday (AKA Mega Monday) which is dedicated to Jouvert (early morning partying) as well as different Bouyon bands parading the streets of the city, Roseau, throughout the day until night time. However, costume bands are the focus of Carnival Tuesday! These costumes are custom made and are made of feathers, wires and other materials of different colors and designs for both men and women.

There are also different costume bands like Amnesia Carnival, Hysteria Mas, Pulse Experience and Fantasy Tribe. This gives the people the option to choose a costume that best suits them.
