MNS workers allegedly vandalised a toll plaza on the Samruddhi Mahamarg after the convoy of Amit Thackeray, son of MNS supremo Raj Thackeray, was stopped on the evening of July 22. Amit Thackeray was on his way to Sinnar from Ahmednagar. MNS workers broke the windows and damaged the toll plaza and several other vehicles. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media. The video shows men armed with sticks shattering the plaza's glass. Following the incident, the police took several MNS workers into custody in connection with the violence.
