The Pathway Portal (PWP) is Reactome’s primary means of viewing and interacting with specific pathways. Reactome is a free, open-source, curated and peer-reviewed knowledge-base of biomolecular pathways aiming to provide intuitive bioinformatics tools for the visualization, interpretation and analysis of pathway knowledge.

Note: this is work under development and not yet available in Reactome's production server. You can check it out at [ Ссылка ] but take into account it runs in a development environment, so use it only for test purposes.
