Ingredients:
3/4 cup raw rice
3/4 cup idli rice
1/4 cup urad dal
1/4 cup toor dal
1/4 cup chana dal
2 tbsp moong dal
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
a generous pinch hing
1 and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
6 nos red chillies
3/4 cup big onion chopped finely
1/4 cup garlic chopped finely
2 tbsp curry leaves
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped finely
oil as needed
salt to taste
