A morning class guiding you through an intentional sequence of postures (asana) to gently awaken and connect the dots to create shapes unique to their body. Classes gradually build into a flow, strengthening and stretching as well as encouraging awareness of both body and breath through exploration of breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. Each month we will follow a theme to create a nurturing environment where curiosity is sparked and self exploration is encouraged. Time permitting, classes will end as always with aromatherapy including a blissful savasana assist.
