In this video, Sadia goes on to explain the third pillar of mindfulness, that is, 'non judgement'. She focuses on the concept of creating non judgmental awareness. Suffering comes from a story and judgement is a story. She further explains the concept of acceptance in the present moment whether the situation is favorable or not. She says that non judgement is not about passive orientation, it about not creating a story and a judgement around the situation. Creating a judgement around it leads to constriction and anxiety.
Sadia is a Psychologist and Meditation teacher. She uses mindfulness as one of the core practices in her training sessions to help people cope with their difficulties and live a more peaceful and nourished life.
