The Libra New Moon at 24 degrees is applying pressure to where you have been mentally stuck or circling in an issue, and yet you know that change is imminent. The Sun and the Moon are squaring the three planets in Capricorn (Jupiter, Pluto, Saturn), which are all direct and strong in what is best for the long-term. There could be a feeling of "how will this affect other people" and "I don't want to rock the boat" (Libra energies), yet there is a responsibility to yourself that must be honored, too. This New Moon is asking you to be clear in your intentions and that will guide you through an rocky or choppy conversations, experiences, uncertainties, etc.
Venus is the ruler of this New Moon. She is in Virgo and gaining strength in the earth sign energy as she begins to trine Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn after this New Moon. She holds the key to understanding the pressure and using it mindfully to focus on what you can do in small, incremental steps.
Mercury is now retrograde in Scorpio and opposing Uranus in Taurus, which is a breakthrough into what you did not see or realize before. Fears can be cleared and emotional intensity can be released.
